At VemaCam, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We do accept returns, but due to the sensitive electronic nature of our security products, we enforce a very strict technical return policy to prevent fraud and protect our customers.

Do Not Open the Package:Products must be returned in their exact original, factory-sealed condition. If the protective seal or packaging is opened, torn, or tampered with, the return will be automatically rejected.

No Physical Damage (Do Not Crash It):The items must be completely free of any physical damage, scratches, or wear. Devices must not have been dropped or crashed.

No Fraudulent Exchanges (We Track Serial Numbers):Do not attempt to swap a broken or different product into the box. We permanently record the exact Serial Numbers and MAC Addresses of every device before shipping. Upon return, the product undergoes a strict scan. If the returned item's serial number does not match our database, legal action will be taken.
How to start a Return
If your product meets all of the strict conditions above (unopened and undamaged), please contact our support team immediately via WhatsApp or our Contact page to initiate the return process. Once we receive the product back at our facility, our technicians will inspect the factory seals and verify the serial numbers before approving a refund or exchange.
